Gene and John promised you little structure at the beginning. We warned you we’d go off on topics not in the mainstream of wrestling or today’s product. We were to be the “alternative programming” for the site. So what have we done? Two regimented episodes, and now a third. Even worse, not only is there some sense to us, but we AGAIN talk ROH and the PPV taping for those who could not get enough. Fear not as Eddie Kingston and Brian Danielson get special attention, as does faction dissolving and Davey Richards. We promise no more ROH, and little structure as we continue to attempt devolving.

We’re back for the second CHRONcast of the week. This time Gene and John stick to Mixed Martial Arts as they discuss the polarizing event that was Elite XC on CBS and the epic event that 1/5 of the people saw, the WEC card. Two match of the year candidates on one show, Kimbo and Carano on the other. We break it all down from our mark perspective of half-hardcore and half business-minded fan minds.

The CHRON provides you with some alternative programming. Johnny P. and Gene Boyer get together and open the vaults of their wrestling collections to talk about anything and everything MMA and Pro Wrestling. Unfortunately (or fortunately for some), the guys kept it simple for the first show. They try to avoid the toes of our Flagship Audio Show, BS With Honor (new Episode available), as they tip toe through a review of Ring of Honor’s newest PPV, Take No Prisoners. Of course, the PPV is just a backdrop for them to babble about the state of ROH, it’s past glory, their memories of the old days, the year that was 2006, and what stand out as landmark moments for the promotion. I’m sure there’s more, we just don’t remember once we say it.
