ROH to go to the West Coast… and a new mystery gimmick introduced?

Cool news (confirmed) and weird stuff (rumored) abound…
Two big stories these past couple of days. First of all is news of ROH holding a show at the San Francisco Cow Palace on Sunday, October 21st, in conjunction with WrestleFanfest. More info can be found at ROH’s Web site here.
Second of all, there are these rumblings of a new gimmick/stable coming to ROH - brought upon by this weird site promoted on flyers handed out at last weekend’s events. Based on this blog keeping tabs on it, Adam Pearce, BJ Whitmer, and Jimmy Jacobs are prime suspects to be a part of it, and we may learn its true meaning come ROH’s third PPV taping this September in Chicago. If this is indeed ROH’s doing (signs point to yes), this is really something else, the first time I remember doing an elaborate tease for something like this. Shades of the viral marketing for next year’s new Batman movie.
