First off, happy Fourth of July. Here’s some good media for the day, focused on Konnan giving a print interview and Chris Benoit’s mom speaking out.

Fist article is excellent, though I wish it had been in the NY Times and not the Daily News. People tend to take one seriously and the other not so much. Konnan expounds upon the Nancy Grace interview he gave (up on this site on main page). it’s here.

It may come across as sour grapes or sympathy for the devil to some, but Mrs. Benoit wishes the feds had acted faster if they knew her son was involved with Dr. Astin. Always alot of shoulda/woulda/coulda in sad stories like this.
