Benoit’s doctor, interviewed by the press in the last few days, had his office raided last night. I think it’s safe to say there were warning signs in the doctors interview, as he talked about Benoit being in his office to “visit with his staff”, and yet they didn’t talk. So Benoit just hangs out at doctors offices like I hung out at diners as a teen? You can say it involved his son, and that’s possibly part of it, but Nancy had been there just the day before for a period of time. It just seems odd he’d be so close to his doctor, of that his doctor would treat him for low testosterone and not be aware of his 20 years of steroid abuse.

Finally, the theory was put forth by Bryan Alverez of Figure Four Weekly that Benoit may have finally been coming off of steroids after 20 years without cycling (almost everyone cycles down and up every few months. 20 straight years is beyond crazy to put a body through). He may have been being treated for finally “crashing”, or perhaps attempting to cycle down. A big story will be coming out when all the drugs in the house are released, as he had been rumored to have a pretty big pain pill addiction in the past year, and it’s been said the amount of drugs and prescription names in the home was pretty major.
