Benoit merchandise pulled by WWE

Chris Benoit, according to the DA of Fayetteville County, bound wife Nancy by the feet and hands. That’s where she was found, clothed, wrapped in a towel, having been strangled. They believe it to have happened Friday night.

Son Daniel was found in his bed, suffocated. No sign of struggle. He was not bound by anything. It is believed he died late Friday/early Saturday morning.

Benoit told the WWE he would not be at the house show and then missed flights for the PPV, though these stories seem false on WWE’s end, as he seemed to fly home before Saturday obviously, and he was dead before he’d have pushed flights back on Sunday.

Bibles were found at both bodies. No official suicide note was found from Chris Benoit. He sent text messages to Chavo Geurrero that were alarming enough Chavo contacted the company. The fact the messages haven’t been released and the timeline appears to show those may have been his “suicide note” of sorts, as it’s believed he killed himself late Saturday into Sunday morning. Benoit went to his gym, took a line from a pulldown exercise machine, and hung himself from it.

Steroids were found in the home and “roid rage” is being discussed heavily right now as a possible reason for the killings.

Benoit and his wife had a separation in 2003 that included a protection from Abuse and a divorce filing from Nancy Benoit, though that was pulled within weeks or months when they got back together.
